'On a Quest' is the movie made on the life and vision of Swami Chinmayananda.
Swami Chinmayananda is one of the world’s most renowned and revered exponents of Vedanta, the foundation of Hindu religion and culture.
His life is a story of an unconventional seeker – a mischievous child, a rebellious youth, a revolutionary freedom fighter, a witty journalist and even a daring atheist. Who was he before he became the great Swami Chinmayananda? How did this passionate, witty, outspoken freedom fighter and atheist turn into an enlightened master? - the story of an ordinary man and his many facets - a transformation that is too spectacular.
On the evening of May 8th, 2015 at York Cinemas in Richmond Hill, nearly 300 Torontonians were in attendance for the Canadian premiere screening of 'On A Quest' film, hosted by Chinmaya Mission Toronto.
